Nana

Christopher 1 month

Posted by Ava Stewart on Saturday Oct 29, 2011 Under Feelings

For You. For Me.

Posted by Ava Stewart on Wednesday Oct 5, 2011 Under Christina 娜娜, Feelings 愛娃心聲

Childhood

Posted by Ava Stewart on Tuesday Sep 6, 2011 Under Feelings

Have you seen my Childhood?
I’m searching for
the world that I come from

‘Cause I’ve been looking around
In the lost and found of my heart
No one understands me…

They view it as such strange eccentricities
‘Cause I keep kidding around
Like a child, but pardon me…

People say I’m not okay
‘Cause I love such elementary things
It’s been my fate to compensate,
for the childhood I’ve never known…

Have you seen my childhood?
I’m searching for
that wonder in my youth
Like pirates and adventurous dreams,
Of conquest and kings on the throne…

Before you judge me,
try hard to love me,
Look within your heart
then ask…
Have you seen my childhood?

People say I’m strange that way
‘Cause I love such elementary things,
It’s been my fate to compensate,
for the childhood I’ve never known…

Have you seen my childhood?
I’m searching for
that wonder in my youth
Like fantastical stories to share
The dreams I would dare,
watch me fly…

Before you judge me,
try hard to love me.
The painful youth I’ve had…

Have you seen my Childhood?

The first time I noticed Michael Jackson was in the news. He was showing his new-born baby by a window of a hotel to the media. Since that I often hear comments about him mostly implying how odd his behavior was. Somehow I never quite believed it, until the day I heard this song and carefully read through the lyrics. I was sincerely touched, these words are so powerful, I cried and felt I can almost  feel how painful he was. Suddenly this thought came up to my mind: If you’ve never exactly been through all the events that others have been then you can’t easily come up with “I know how you feel” because no one can really feel the pain in that little boy’s heart, not even himself when he grow up he’s trying to make up what he had lost during his childhood. He bought all the cool toys in the all world, make friends with kids and even buy himself the neverland, those are still not enough. Not because he’s greedy, it’s just what happened to the boy was already done, and no one can fix the past.

Some give opinions  easily, some give intense suggestions, some give hush comments, but only God knows how broken those hearts are.

May he rest in peace.

一年:紙婚;二年:藁婚;三年:菓婚;四年:革婚;五年:木婚;
七年:花婚;十年:錫婚;十二年:絹婚;十五年:水晶婚;
二十年:磁器婚;二十五年:銀婚;三十年:真珠婚;
三十五年:珊瑚婚;四十年:紅寶石婚;四十五年:藍寶石婚;

Posted by Ava Stewart on Monday Aug 22, 2011 Under Feelings 愛娃心聲, News 好消息, Uncategorized

I’ll Always Be Here For You

Posted by Ava Stewart on Monday Aug 15, 2011 Under Feelings

I’ll always be here for you!

From Wikipedia:

The theme celebrates the festive spirit and worldly commotion at the Qingming Festival, rather than the holiday’s ceremonial aspects, such as tomb sweeping and prayers. The entire piece was painted in hand scroll format and the content reveals the lifestyle of all levels of the society from rich to poor as well as different economic activities in rural areas and the city. It offers glimpses of period clothing and architecture. As an artistic creation, the piece has been revered and court artists of subsequent dynasties have made several re-interpretive replicas. The painting is also known for its geometrically accurate images of variety natural elements and architectures, boats and bridges, market place and stores, people and scenery. It is one of the most precious document ever survived, being a unique existing example of the traditional Chinese painting. The original painting is valued highly not only for its rich and sophisticated content derived pure aesthetics value, but also as an important evidence for study the civilization, historiography, technology development and anthropology of ancient China.
